ABSTRACT

ingenol mebutate gel has been approved lately for the topical treatment of actinic keratoses (AK). Modern imaging techniques such as optical coherence tomography (OCT) and reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM) have been shown useful for the non-invasive diagnostics of non-melanoma skin cancer1-6 . Both techniques differ in optical resolution and penetration depth.
